We provide gardening and related services as agreed with you in advance. Services may be provided on a one-off or ongoing basis.

Quotations and Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time and are valid for a reasonable period unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change if:

• the scope of work changes
• access is restricted
• additional work is required that was not reasonably foreseeable

Any additional work will be discussed with you before it is carried out.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

• payment is due upon completion of the work, or
• within the timeframe stated on the invoice

Payment details will be provided on the invoice.

Late payment may result in future work being paused or declined.

Cancellations and Access

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please give as much notice as possible.

We reserve the right to charge for wasted time where access is not provided or where work cannot be carried out due to circumstances within your control.

You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas.

Weather Conditions

Gardening work is weather-dependent.

We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or suspend work where weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to proceed. No liability arises from delays caused by weather.

Property and Liability

We will take reasonable care while carrying out work. However, we cannot be held responsible for:

• damage to underground services, pipes, cables, or drainage where these are not visible or disclosed
• pre-existing weaknesses in structures, fencing, paving, or garden features
• damage caused by factors outside our control

It is your responsibility to inform us of any known hazards, underground services, or fragile items.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Waste and Materials

Green waste removal will be agreed in advance where applicable.

Any materials supplied remain our property until paid for in full.

Complaints

If you have any concerns about the services provided, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
